Good Tech Support?  Believe it or not, if you chose a free web hosting service, customer support is probably more important than if you were on a ‘pay only’ web hosting site.  Why?  Because most free web hosting site users are even less astute when it comes to how to manage and maintain a website.  Even with good, strong, user friendly interfaces, people can make changes that they cannot undo or did not intend.  Then, the phone begins to ring at the support desk.

If you go the ‘free’ route, you will be limited in what you can do and how much you can grow your website.  It is a good idea to have thought this out first, because having to change providers is not an easy or fun experience.  Make sure you understand the limitations and have asked as many questions that you can think of to help you make your decision.
